I was previously listed with another real estate agent for 5mths with no offers. I had an offer on the table within 4 weeks of Leigh Hutton taking over the listing. Leigh recommended that I do some work to the property, and while I did that she was busy organising various items for staging the property. This was not an extra charge as it can be with some other agents. The quality of the photographs was amazing, with Leigh being there for the shoot and knowing exactly what was needed to portray the property in the best light possible. I couldn’t believe the difference in quality, even my friends commented on it. Leighhas a bubbly personality, but a strong business head, and her focus is very much on doing what’s best for her client. She makes it very clear that while she is your agent the Belle Property office works as a team. My personal view is that they do this very well indeed. No matter who you speak with you are treated with respect, and such friendliness. They are all very professional but somehow make you feel like you’re part of a family, always positive, always encouraging. This work ethic and attitude has to stem from the leadership style within that group, which then brings us back to Leigh again. It was a pleasure working with Leigh through this complex sale, but we got there. Thank you for all your hard work, your advice, and your moral support through all of this Leigh.
