Adam has been and keeps on being amazing. As first home buyers we weren’t very sure on the process to follow and since the first day that we went to the inspection, Adam gave us a really detailed explanation on how the process goes. He was very honest and realistic with the owners expectations from the beginning and we felt very confident talking to him. He’s been working around the clock answering emails, calls and passing on back and forth communication with the owner the minute that he’s got it, that not including organising an unscheduled inspection on a public holiday for us to fully make up our minds and making the contract that same night. I consider your organization to be very fortunate to have an employee of Adams caliber. Adams first question was what I thought the property was worth, I said low $800 he said no it was between $900,000 and $1,000,000. we have a sale at $950,000 clearly, he knows the market. Adam has been diligent respectful and tremendous communicator.
