Michael was always available to communicate in regards to the sale of the property. I have approached Michael a few years ago since he was selling a same complex in our townhouse. By then I was unsure if we were selling the property or not. Last few years, he has approached us in a respectful way and we have decided to contact him when we were ready to sell our property. His review was fantastic. I would highly recommend him to people I know. During the period of sale, Michael was always calm. He helped so much to help us to get the maximum price for the property even it is post Covid in Jan 2023.
