Maria and Veronica did a great job marketing...

Maria and Veronica did a great job marketing and selling this property for us. We accepted Maria's judgment that an EOI process would be a better sales tactic than Auction as the property has a narrow range of appeal and limited pool of buyers due to its separated 2 level configuration and no internal stair. Agencies in this part of Brisbane are pushing many sellers to Auction (given market demand) but we were dubious about the competitive benefits of auction for us. Maria was patient and professional throughout the extended period it took us to get the property ready to sell. We trust and like Maria as a 'no BS' sales person. Maria is organised and professional and with Veronica in the business Belle have a very strong reputation in this area The marketing costs were modest and the sale occurred at about week 5 -6 with a returned buyer. We were satisfied with the sale price and an unconditional offer.
