Nigel Rae handled the above transaction from appraisal to final sale. We found him to be very experienced with the local market/recent sales. He tried his utmost to find a buyer for a property outside the town limits and at a time when the market appeared to have flattened. He used some novel methods such as producing a video of the approach to the village, the property and the surrounds. He was always pleasant to deal with and eager to assist.
