Exsceeded my expectations

I was selling for the first time and had some trepidation. Will kept me informed the entire time. Nothing was too much trouble and he's available what seemed like 24/7. The team he put together were so thorough and they brought real attention to detail to the entire process. They provided reports throughout the campaign in addition to updates after each open for inspection. They took me through the auction process which in the end wasn't necessary as I sold prior to auction at a price that exceeded my expetations. I also thought the campaign from beginning to end very well by measuring what was going on with similar properties against what I hoped. I couldn't recommend Will and his team more highly with their market knowledge, their great service, attention to detail and doggedness.
