An excellent choice

Marissa did a wonderful job on the sale of my apartment. Her estimate of the achievable selling price when we first met proved to be spot on. She was fabulously efficient at arranging tradesman to do the jobs required to get the property ready for sale in the shortest possible time. She planned a sensible selling campaign and kept me fully informed throughout. When auction day did not produce a sale, she worked hard to chase down potential buyers who had attended the auction and then skilfully negotiated a sale at a very good price - indeed a price slightly more that I had told her I was prepared to accept! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Marissa.
