The experience has simply been great! Our...

The experience has simply been great! Our starting point was a completely failed full campaign (with auction) with a previous agency. We had no extra money to spend on marketing and, most importantly, basically no hope the job could be done. This is where Patrick and Myanna came in and made the difference. First they clearly showed us how to present the property better with a much better set of pictures. The way they checked the pictures, ensuring every single detail was not left aside was incredible! Next was a great help with styling! But the best came in when they could get an unbelievable offer in 2 days after one single open home! This was (and still is) truly shocking. I definitely recommend going with them and I would do my best to promote their names across whoever wants to sell (or buy). Pier
