We had a fabulous experience with John throughout the sale of our apartment unit in Rockdale suburb. Since the first meeting to discuss about marketing our property, we can see that John is very professional and knowledgeable in selling the properties within the area. He was able to provide the realistic/ accurate property market situation within the suburb rather than giving us a false hype on our property value like other agents. John also advised the effective strategies with the step by step approach to enhance the exposure of our property to the potential buyers while also tried to help us to minimise the unnecessary marketing costs as much as possible. His suggestion on using the appropriate furniture styling and private sale option rather than the auction was deemed an absolute right call. As a result, we have a satisfactory outcome just after two weeks on market. John regularly called us to provide an update throughout the marketing period, sale price negotiation and sale settlement. He was very good at finding the right buyers and pushing them to provide the best offer for our property. He responded promptly when you tried to contact him for questions or update. When the buyer required the extension on the cooling off period, John regularly in contact with the buyer's broker to gain understanding of the situation and gave us an update promptly. We were happy to have John sell our property.
