Michael and his team at Belle did a magnificent job with the marketing and eventual sale of our newly constructed duplex, achieving a record sales result for the area in a tough market. From the time we signed up with Belle, Michael and his team worked tirelessly throughout the marketing campaign, even organising multiple out of cycle open houses (mid-week and weekends) to get as many groups through our duplex. Michael was both professional and easy to deal with, and kept us informed of progress, as well as market trends, and made what is a stressful process as seamless as possible for us. We will be using Michael again for our next project and would have no hesitation in recommended Michael and his team.
