An enthusiastic agent working hard for both seller and purchaser.

A very enthusiastic agent who showcased the best features of the property extremely well. When a couple of things went awry he handled the situation with utmost professionalism.

Not happy with my experience.

The communication was almost non existent. Marketing knowledge was not even close to what was told to us and what it sold for. Just give us a good number to win us as a client. No negotiation was barely conducted. I feel no effort was made as they already had us locked in to receive a lot of money once sold. Nitin has a charm and enthusiasm at first meeting with over hyped numbers to win you over. Not a honest first impression unfortunately.

Regret selling with this agent!

In the end, I regret selling my property with Nitin Kanwar. At the beginning, I was confident we had chosen the right agent to sell our home. He appeared professional and confident, and his communication skills seemed fantastic. He seemed knowledgeable about our area and how to go about selling our property in the best way. My first red flag was raised when our advert was incorrectly listed as 5 bed & 2 bath, yet this was never corrected on signage or online adverts despite us requesting him to do so. Nevertheless, the first open home garnered a great turn-out and several offers, which pleased us no end. From the following open home to the conclusion of our business, the agent refused to answer calls or messages from my husband, blamed other staff members for issues (and belittled them in the process), ignored professional requirements and ultimately ended up having another agent having to guide him through the selling process. We sold the property after several open homes for a price that was offered in the very first week after limited negotiations. We were told to trust him, yet the signing of Form 6 dictated that we were locked in an undesired agreement with him for 90 days. I regret signing this wholeheartedly. We had neighbours asking if there were problems with the property as he did not add "Under Contract" on the advert until reminded by the agent from another company. I imagine others viewing the advert online would have also believed this to be the case. Ultimately, the only possible positive I can note is that he provided a staggered commission scale dependent on the amount the property sold for. This lowest rate was lower than other agents, but I'd have gladly paid a higher commission to someone else who worked to deserve it. I do not recommend this agent, and wish I had have chosen someone else. Communication skills: 1/5 Professionalism: 1/5 Timeliness: 1/5
