It was our pleasure to deal with Belle Property and agent Alexander Babukhin. From our first meeting and building inspection it was an easy and non-pressure environment, with Alexander clearly explaining the necessary information regarding the unit and complex. In the ensuing days all our questions were answered and if Alexander needed to follow up any requests he was quick in getting back to us. Given he had the job of selling the unit to sell for the vendors, from our perspective he was able to give us a sense of inclusiveness in the sale process and ultimately the purchase.
