James and his team were helpful, kept me in the loop and guided me well through the process of selling my unit. James kept true to his promise and didn’t palm me off to anyone in his team-he was active and at all inspections, calling me straight after they were finished to let me know how they went. If he couldn’t get through, he would leave me a detailed message that didn’t leave me with anxiety for the remainder of the weekend. The rest of his team were also of the same standard. If you’re looking to sell and you want an agent who is proactive, personal, guides and listens to you, then James and his team would be great.
