A passionate young man working very very hard

The most prominent difference between Josh and other agents is that he works so hard. Daily from 6:30am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, his working hours have been crazy. The long hours make it possible for clients and buyers to get more opportunities to talk to him, not just for buying or selling, sometimes getting market insights.
