Poor communications to responding to enquires . I’ve had to chase up my enquires with extra phone calls or emails. My tenants have also had this problem when wanting to get advice on minor errors that Belle property have not rectified. I also felt very rushed over the phone recently with property manager. Was not warm to wanting to discuss things further with me with my silly questions I felt. And more notice to the tenants in regards to house inspections would be appreciated. 2 hour window could be better with more accurate appointment times. This would help tenants returning back to work sooner instead if waiting around for inspections. Attitude towards owners and tenants could also improve. Have been advised from other owners of properties that this attitude is normal when renting or as owner. Not a fan of authoritarian style approach with people. Hopefully these areas will improve.🫤
