Shari Price is an Outstanding Property Manager, the best in Townsville!!!!

Shari Price, of Belle Property Management formerly of Live n Invest has been the property manager of our investment in Burdell. What we have found is her professionalism over 10 years. We engaged Live N Invest in March 2015 and ended out business in March 2025. Over ten years, Shari has not faulted. Not even once. Her easy communication style, attention to details and keeping her clients informed has been outstanding. We are investors living in NSW and would have no hesitation in recommending Shari Price to anyone. Shari is an asset to Belle Property Townsville, and whist she is incredibly busy in her portfolio, we found that Shari would get back to us in a timely manner, always.
