We checked out Belle Property Townsville City because the business had a good presence on the sales and rental platforms in and around our suburb. We were unsure whether to sell the property or continue renting it out, since it had been handed back by to us by DHA. Our first contact with the Agency was very satisfactory. The personnel were each pleasant, informative and helpful. We were involved in every step of the search for suitable tenants, and it took exactly 4 weeks from lease finish to a new lease beginning. We were very happy with the stressless process and the excellent outcome.
