Grateful for such a smooth and supportive experience!

My partner Dante and I had such a great experience with Belle Property Townsville from the very beginning. Scott Walduck, the leasing consultant, showed us through the beautiful home at 16 Gould Street, Thuringowa Central, and he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and made the whole viewing process feel calm and pressure-free. Our property manager, Kerrie-Ann Smith, was also amazing she kindly followed up to confirm our interest in moving forward with the application and responded quickly and thoughtfully throughout the process. Her reassurance took so much pressure off our shoulders while trying to find the perfect home for our little family. We also had contact with Ella Geaney, Principal | Director, and she is truly one of a kind. Ella is so caring and makes you feel like more than just a tenant. Her communication is outstanding, and she helped make the entire experience feel smooth, supported, and genuinely amazing.
