Disappointed.

Hi, I was not personally involved with the major repairs necessitated by vacancy of the previous tenants. My son Paul carried out or negotiated these numerous repairs. therefore I am unable to comment on this activity. However I am deeply concerned that Belle Property allowed the condition of this premises to deteriorate to such a low standard while rented by these tenants. The cost to return the condition of this property to rentable condition was quite considerable and the time unrented was substantial.
