An intelligent agent who was aware of the needs and expectations of both purchasers and vendor..

Charles was available at all times, and the most impressive thing is that he returned my furniture and packing boxes which the painters spread around the house, thus making further inspections impossible. This was a mammoth job, which Charles did with no complaint, and did not tell me he had done it..Also he swept the leaves on the courtyard prior to inspection. His manner is respectful and considerate,and he has been a pleasure to deal with. If more agencies had agents like Charles, it would make the sometimes painful experience of selling a loved house and moving to aged care so much better. My daughters worked with Charles and found him a delightful man. Thank you, Charles, and thank you Belle Trentham….

I was so impressed with the way that Charles...

I was so impressed with the way that Charles moved quickly with great understanding of both myself, my needs and situation, and the balancing of potential buyers. He kept in close touch, while making his communications efficient and organised….I did not have to seek information, it was willingly provide.d and up-to-date. While Charles had found a couple who were keen on the property, he was aware of the potential buyers’ needs, and treated them with courtesy. In fact, Charles’s courtesy and good manners were a feature. Finallly, when the painters moved all the boxes and furniture into the main house, Charles single-handedly moved it all back neatly into the garage, a marathon effort , to allow further inspections. I am so happy and grateful that Charles successfully handled the sale of my house, for a pleasing amount in straitened times.
