I contacted Tom in around mid June of this year querying whether any of his clients would be open to an off market sale for an apartment at The Watson in Walkerville. Straightaway, Tom began liaising with his clients and sure enough a couple of weeks later I had signed the contract to my apartment! Tom made the process very easy and straightforward throughout and no query or phone call was ever too much.
