Honest, hard working and effective

Adam Webster provided an honest and well-researched appraisal of the property. He used his experience in the area and connections to find potential buyers even before the property was advertised. After quickly getting several offers, he provided good advice regarding which one to take and left the decision to me without placing any pressure on me. I was also impressed with his concern for both the buyer and me. He was willing to push, but not in an overly aggressive way. I think this leads to a win-win for the buyers and me. I'm very happy with the final contract price and assuming all goes to plan, settlement. As an overseas customer, there were a few problems, but Adam was always ready to reply to any questions or concerns I had. I'm happy to recommend Adam to anyone in the Whitsunday area who is thinking of selling their property.

Adam Webster did a thorough and honest initial property appraisal and initial discussion, which is why I went with him and Belle Property. He worked well with the tenant to organise the property for sale and was quick to respond to my queries. He was careful with his advice, always giving me the pros and cons and then letting me make the final decision. He has been mindful of my needs while still being respectful of the buyer.
