Happy to recommend - AAA+++ - you won't regret it

I was lucky enough to engage Ken from Bellman to sell our investment property in Kew. From the time apartment was vacated to officially being on the market was just 8 days. Ken gave us clear expectations of what was happening in the market and what we may be expected to sell our apartment for. Communication was always provided in a timely manner including feedback in written form which we discussed during a visit to our home. We appreciated this as the information gave us a better indication of 'real buyers' and whether or not we could expect to receive a genuine offer. I wish we would have come across Ken 15 months early when we had put another apartment on the market. Ken could not have done anything more. Happy to recommend AAA++++ - a rare find you wont regret

Michael provided us with exceptional service and advice in the preparation of the sale of our apartment. From the time our apartment was vacated to being officially on the market was just 8 days. We were thrilled with this. Michael did everything he promised, including arranging furniture for staging, regular updates after open for inspections as well as a written precis on prospective buyers including their views and whether or not they were genuine buyers. Michael was also always available when promised and visited us at home too. My husband and i felt very much at ease with Michael. We trusted him and had every confidence in his abilities. Having had a previous negative experience with another agent when selling a previous property I cant believe how fortunate and over the moon we were to engage Michael from Bellman.
