Took it by the horns...!

After an initial chat about what was happening in the market and with Martins success at selling properties in the same area in recent times we discussed selling my rental property. With some out of the box thinking and flexibility for advertising it was a very simple process and it all happened quite quickly and with minimal effort. We got slightly over my price expectation and he dealt with any issues such as dealing with tenants with careful consideration. Highly recommended.
