Transformed our house for a quick sale

We came to Ivan after spending 3 months with a "local Bull Creek specialist" who spent very little time promoting our house and a great deal of time telling us what was wrong with it. After cutting her loose we went to Ivan. He had been recommended to us by friends (Ivan had sold their houses). Should have gone with him first :-). With Ivan's advice and help we bought our house up to a better standard for selling. We had it staged and priced it reflecting the current market sentiment. We had a large turn out at 2 open homes and had 3 offers at the end of 10 days on the market. Ivan was with us - or his friendly team, Greg and Sinead, every step of the way helping us and making sure things were going smoothly. We accepted an offer and settled in 3 weeks. Just less than 6 weeks after our first Home Open. Our neighbours advised us that he was great with our prospective buyers (they visited during the open home) and treated them with respect and kindness. An excellent agent. Highly recommended.
