We have known Kaye Lazenby for several years. During that time, Kaye sold an investment property for us in Edwards Road and provided us with helpful advice on possible investment properties in Eaglehawk. Kaye also sold us our present home in Flora Hill. So, when we decided to sell our investment property in Eaglehawk, we didn’t hesitate in placing the sale with Kaye. We could not have asked for a better outcome. The property was sold before it came on the market, saving us the cost of photographs and advertising. It was sold for the asking price (which had been set based on Kaye’s advice) with a short settlement.
