The Kind of Agent You Want to Buy a House From

Nekti is the consummate professional and quite possibly knows everyone in Bendigo. He never misses a beat and his memory for people, families and properties he has sold over the years is genuinely remarkable. He remembers the small details, which makes every interaction feel personal and considered rather than transactional. His experience and knowledge of the Bendigo property market are immediately obvious but what sets Nekti apart is the way he combines that expertise with genuine warmth and connection. Nekti is certainly not a fly-by-night agent chasing the next quick sale. He has built his reputation over many years through trust, consistency and lasting relationships. He is the kind of agent you enjoy dealing with and quite simply, someone you want to buy a house from. His assistant, Chloe, is also absolutely top tier. She is warm, organised, responsive and incredibly capable. It is clear that she and Nekti have a fantastic rapport and work seamlessly together. Between them, nothing is missed and you feel well supported throughout the process. We recently purchased our new home through Nekti, but have also previously sold a property with him. Very easy, hassle free experience.

Nekti and his team were very easy to communicate with, always readily available to communicate and respond to queries. Nekti was professional and made us comfortable when discussing the market and the potential of our property. It felt like Nekti was very open and honest with us throughout the entire process, which is all you can ask for when trying to sell or buy a property. I would recommend him as an agent, he is very good at what he does.
