Connected, listens and consults for the best result

Matt listened to our needs, provided experienced and honest advice and was willing to consult with his colleagues to refine the sale price for a great result in a very short time. He has a relaxed, welcoming style at opens but his ability to target the serious buyer is evident and a real skill. He is also well connected within the local community.

Absolutely AMAZING sales response. Almost Sold my house on the first phone call.
