Extremely pleased with the final outcome of my house sale
I am extremely pleased with my dealings in the sale of this property at Golden Square which has tenants. This is the second property being marketed and sold by Kaye in Bendigo. She has knack of improving the presentation of your property at Timber Top which was vacant seven years back at time of sale. She is an excellent communicator and always kept me posted on the progress of her negotiation with potential buyers and referred to the competing offers. I appreciate her friendly and professional approach in the execution and provided me proper and timely guidance in dealing with my nominated legal team I would highly recommend her to any one wanting to sell their property in the Bendigo region. Extremely punctual and high integrity in all my dealings with Kaye.

EASY SALE-STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE
Matt and his Team was able to provide accurate advice in relation to the best way to sell my property. We would highly recommend Matt. We relied on Matt to take full control of the selling process as we live Interstate.
