We first met Nekti as the selling agent of an investment property we purchased around six years ago. We had a great experience with him then and found him to be very open, honest, and just such a great guy to deal with so there was no question he would be our agent to sell this same property for us. This was his third time in a row selling this particular property which is a such credit to him. Nekti and Chloe kept us informed at every step of the way and were so efficient in returning all phone cals, emails and texts (and there were many from us!). We found Nekti to be a wealth of knowledge who gave us lots of excellent advice which all rang true throughout the process - he knew the market so well.
