Nekti was wonderful as a selling agent, he was thorough and informative at every step, always happy to help and discuss any questions. He is respectful, genuine and invested in the process. His personal qualities combined with his talent and knowledge of Bendigo’s property market resulted in an exceptional experience selling my property. I can confident recommend Nekti and Chloe to friend, family and anyone looking for a great agent.

We are new to Victoria moving from Brisbane in October 2021. Nekti was superb for his client yet still managed to be helpful and supportive to us as buyers who had little knowledge of the process in Victoria. We found Nekti to be very honest and extremely knowledgeable. Should we sell in the future he will be our first choice agent. A big thank you also to Chloe in the office. Nothing we asked was ever to much trouble and always met with a smile.

Matt was fantastic in helping my fiancé and I find and secure our dream property. He worked with us in understanding the kind of property we were after, and then found something perfect for us. His knowledge of what the market was doing was 100% on point. He was prompt with any enquires and always willing to help and make the decision and transaction as smooth as it could be. We couldn't be happier. 5 Stars!

Kaye was a pleasure to deal with. I was given a generous amount of time to inspect the property, Kaye and the owners were patient and thorough in allowing me to have a thorough inspection. Kaye then facilitated the purchase, being thoughtful and kind to all parties.

We found Kaye Lazenby very efficient, trustworthy and she was very helpful in getting us the price we wanted! She helped us go through our home and do the improvements that gave us the edge. She is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She has a great eye for attention to detail. Overall we couldn't have been more pleased with our result.

I have been in my current house for 39 years and needed to downsize. Matt was the selling agent of my new forever home. He was very professional, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble in my dealings with him. I highly recommend him to any prospective vendor or purchaser. Thanks once again Matt.

Thank you so much Nekti and Chole for guiding me through this process. Your communication, ease of dealing with and professionalism was outstanding. For such a quick settlement nothing was too hard, everything question I had was answered immediately, honestly and in a "can do attitude" and I can not thank you both enough. I love my new home. Nekti, Chloe & the team and BRE I can guarantee will go over and above what is needed to be done. Outstanding to deal with.
