Marc was extremely responsive and understanding in his communications with me. He always made time to answer any of my questions. He was a great negotiator and was able to sell my property in a timely, level-headed and professional way. Highly recommended.

From day 1 Nekti and his team were great to deal with. I found Nekti to be very friendly, upfront with his expectations for the sale and kept in touch through the whole process. I would 100% do business with him again and certainly will be recommending him to family and friends.

Nekti, Chloe and the team at BRE were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional, honest, realistic and did a great job of taking me through the process of selling my house. They listened to me and accommodated every need. They sold my house in 24 hours!! I cannot recommend Nekti & his team highly enough!

We have always found Justin fantastic to deal with. He always kept us informed about the sale of our property and always answered any questions we had. Justin listened to any concerns we had too. Justin has sold 2 properties for us in the last 12 months and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Justin always has a very happy and positive manner about him.

We first met Nekti as the selling agent of an investment property we purchased around six years ago. We had a great experience with him then and found him to be very open, honest, and just such a great guy to deal with so there was no question he would be our agent to sell this same property for us. This was his third time in a row selling this particular property which is a such credit to him. Nekti and Chloe kept us informed at every step of the way and were so efficient in returning all phone cals, emails and texts (and there were many from us!). We found Nekti to be a wealth of knowledge who gave us lots of excellent advice which all rang true throughout the process - he knew the market so well. We achieved such a great result within around four days of listing our property and we are sure Nekti and the team played a huge part in this. We couldn’t recommend Nekti highly enough and hope to be working with him again some day. Thanks a million!

Nekti was incredible to deal with from the first moment we spoke to him, gave us great advice and made us incredibly comfortable with the entire process. He's results exceeded our expectations in a very short time. We can't thank Nekti, Chloe and the whole team at Bendigo Real Estate enough for making the selling of one of our investment properties a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely use Nekti for all of our real estate needs in the future.

Thank you so much to Matt Gretgrix. We had the best experience as first home buyer. Matt provided excellent service by answering many questions we had and being patient and ensure that we are 100% happy with the purchase. Matt is great with communication, friendly and genuine. We are grateful and very happy with our result.

Right from the get go Nekti was friendly, honest and genuinely excited about our plans to sell, our goals and what selling meant to our family! Prior to our first meeting with Nekti, the thought of selling our first home felt daunting, but once we met with Nekti we knew we were in incredibly safe hands. Having an experienced, hard working and committed professional lead the sale of our home along with the support of the entire team at Bendigo Real Estate left us feeling at ease about the entire process! Nektis impressive market experience and communication skills with both us and our interested buyers is what drove the sale of our home ABOVE expectation jumping well above asking price (in a matter of days I might add). All whilst being locked down. We couldn't be happier! Nekti is an absolute legend, our only wish is that we had another house to sell so we could work with Nekti and the team again! Thank you BRE!

Kaye has acted on our behalf previously, and we had no hesitation in asking her to act for us again. She was accurate in her assessment of the value of our property, and she organised numerous inspections in the short time it was on the market. She found a buyer who paid the full asking price, and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to any other prospective vendor.

We agreed a process and price, great market knowledge, exceeded the price and bettered the timeline. Contract process, was a few emails, signed and deposit paid. Couple of minor property issues, one phone call and he called the buyer and fixed them in 48 hours. Totally professional and totally painless.
