We have been very fortunate to have Hayley manage our properties for over a decade. We’ve partnered with Hayley to lease two of our investment properties and each time she has provided us with detailed analysis of the local market, helped us understand the kind of tenants and prices to advertise, and importantly the marketing to attract quality tenants. Throughout these dealings, Hayley has been incredibly communicative, especially when we moved interstate. Her prompt and detailed calls and emails, has always kept us informed about every development. This was never more evident in her professional and caring approach during the COVID years, where face to face dealings were impossible, so with her professionalism and attention we always felt reassured we were in very safe and capable hands, and all with a very personal touch.
