•We'd had lots of friends happily sell through Michelle, but there's so much 'noise' in real estate sales that we engaged an advocate to give us an independent assessment of the best agent in the area to sell our house. The advocate sat down with various agents, looked into their sales history, sales ability, their processes, their team, marketing plan and commission and reported back to us that Michelle was the standout in the West. Michelle was warm, personable and engaging. She asked relevant, insightful questions so that we felt we were understood in what we were looking for, both in her as an agent, but also in the sales process and her communication with us during the process. She gave us some pointers on putting the final touches on the house and gave us some solid connections with service providers that could help in this regard. She gave us options in each category and the stylist we went with, in particular, was outstanding. I'm confident Michelle wouldn't recommend anyone if they weren't. We didn't need to initiate much communication with Michelle - she and her team kept us updated. On the occasions that we did need to touch base someone from her team was available or got back to us very quickly. We received Text message updates about every Open for Inspection - numbers of people through, contracts taken etc. Each week, her team called every single person that had been through the property and gave us a written summary of their responses and interest level. We were confident with Michelle taking our property to auction, but when she recommended that we take the second pre-Auction offer we received, we were delighted with the price and just as confident that this was the best offer available to us in the market.
