A switched on straight shooter

We came across James when our neighbour's house sold. As agents do, he reached out to houses in the area including us. We had shopped around and in the end what we decided we wanted was a market aware agent hungry for our business, who wasn't jaded or presumptuous and was prepared to stretch reasonably - who would call things straight as they are. We had done our market homework for some months and his thoughts were exactly in line with ours. He was reasonable in his rates. His professionalism and ethics were great and we were happy with the outcome. I'd certainly hire James again and it was clear he was backed by a professional team.
