Fast sale. Higher then expected sale price.

I couldn’t have asked or expected more than I received from Michael’s service. I had three other agents appraise the property in the lead up to listing and Bennetts agency gave great advice which was subsequently backed by results. My property was inspected by the purchaser within 24 hours of being listed and the contract signed within 72 hours with a higher then expected final price. I can’t recommend Michael and his team highly enough.
