Scott brought this property to our attention shortly after we sold our previous home through him. He had been keeping a close eye on the market for us for our dream home, and he sure delivered! Before the home had even hit the market, Scott had us through the home, and we put on an offer on the spot. Even with the stress and closures that come with the end of year, Scott was consistent and helpful throughout the process, even on his own Christmas break. We cannot thank him enough for introducing us to this gorgeous home, one we cannot wait to be in for many years to come.

Sale of our house in Bowen Mountain
Scott was always professional and kept us updated as the sale progressed. We told Scott how much we wanted for the property and he already had buyers lined up for our asking price. It sold straight away so there wasn't a lot for Scott to do initially. That said he gave us a reduced rate and we didn't pay any marketing fees. We moved interstate and the removalists damaged the house. Scott was fantastic throughout the repair process, letting trades in fix the damage and informing us as it happened. Some of this was even done after the new owners moved in and he still kept us up to date.
