Maurice, as an agent was a great person to deal with through the process of selling our home in Kurrajong. We had prior to Maurice, experienced several weeks of slow negotiations with a buyer when he stepped in found us a new buyer and closed the deal within a week, whilst the other buyer was still procrastinating. This process ultimately ended up being stress free and easy for us as the owners. He took care of all the details, communicating with all parties involved most effectively and efficiently. We did not have to worry about anything. We quickly developed a sense of trust with him due to his empathy to our situation, his honest and ethical approach and his 'get the job done' attitude.
