we recently used Berglin’s to find tenants for our unit in Freshwater. The unit needed refreshing with paint, carpet, blinds etc. Laura gave us some excellent referrals for tradespeople and ideas of what, and what not, to do. She also gave us an indication of the market rent and found us new tenants in a short space of time.
