Sound judgements, excellent selling skills and make me feel very comfortable and supported

It was the first time I sold a property and therefore I was a little bit nervous. Sisi was one of the 5 real estate agents I selected to provide me with analysis and recommended price range. I decided to choose her because: (a) her personal communication style makes me feel very comfortable; (b) her appraisal of my apartment was just outstanding, with 2 full pages of facts, data and convincing analysis all about the special/potential strength of my property, to support her recommended price range, which turned out to be the highest among the 5 different appraisals I obtained. This showed that she has spent solid time to gather facts and think through things before writing up her appraisal; (c) her proposed fees structure is fair, reasonable and flexible which focuses on performance bonus (ie not flat fees); (d) she demonstrated high confidence , solid knowledge and professionalism in her manner of dealing with me (as a potential client) without any empty big words on how good her selling skills is. I have been very lucky in having Sisi to help me in this current bad time for selling apartments in Canberra, especially after the new changes to capital gains tax. She has achieved a very amazing outcome for me: my apartment had only just 1 day of open house (on a windy/ rainy day) and received a very good offer (above my bottomline price). Sisi has given me excellent advice and timely support at by every step throughout the entire selling process until the settlement is complete within 4 weeks from open house. My family and I will certainly ask for Sisi’s help again in future because we have solid experience that our properties would worth more with her!
