One of my best qualities is that I live opposite the park in Caulfield North, so if you have a pet or need to go for a run, it’s just across the road. I know you will leave me at times to go get a coffee or a delicious meal nearby, but you will always come home to me.
My proximity to the tram is outside my door and the train is a five-minute walk. I’m looking for my new owner to come share my space with me. I’m quiet with lots of natural light in a boutique block and am climate controlled to keep you comfortable all year round.
