very professional

I had to put the house on the market for my elderly mother. My Mum who due to her age isn't comfortable with anyone visiting her premises and not comfortable with people -- living alone I expected all sorts of issues -- But due to professionalism of Mr Vashisht (Vik) he made the transaction - very smooth- He sold the property above expected price within one week -- Vic notified me before anybody visited the house and was punctual -- and spent minimum time in the premises -- did not bother my mum in any way -- I highly recommend Vik Vashisht -- with anyone in the same circumstance ..
