Time sale

The process was quick, and pretty faultless. Originally we expected more however Mitchell gave a realistic and cautious approach. This was aligned with a history of sales in the area and expected time on the market based off those sales if we were too unrealistic. The approached used as a timed sale paid off, although like anyone we would have liked more, based on the interest and the quick turn around from going on the market to a sale. The final sale price was very satisfactory. Mitchell’s team were also very helpful in helping and communicating well. Thank you Russ A
