So Much Better 🩷

Ahh, finding a real estate agent - not a great time, right? Some of them are slimy, some feel pushy and are more interested in their commission than actually doing a good job - so I figured I'd do some research and find out what's "Better" about these guys. And lemme tell ya - turns out it's just about everything. No review will do them justice, but El, Renee and Michelle were a breath of fresh air, and frankly, just beautiful humans (my dog Casper can vouch for this too). They're not just amazing at their job - they also share similar values, hold themselves to a high standard and give selflessly back to their local community, which is not something I expected to find, but was a wonderful bonus. As for the sale itself, the whole process was SO easy and felt largely stress free. El has a no-bullshit, honesty first approach with her appraisals that's not common in the industry. These guys worked so hard and got me an amazing result in less than a month, while equivalent units in my building that were on the market first haven't moved. I am so, so grateful for the communication, support, results and friendship that Better brought to this whole process - I wouldn't consider anyone else to sell my next property - it's in their name, they're just so much Better 🌸
