A Gold Coast local her entire life, Bec began her career in Real Estate in 1996. During this time she managed and sold properties dealing with all facets of the industry. Bec established Beyond Estate Agents with a vision to provide exceptional and personal service in Property Management. To ensure her clients receive the best possible service, Bec is always striving to find new and innovative ways to get the best result. Bec has had her Real Estate Certificate since 1998 and completed her course to obtain her Full Real Estate Licence in 2002. To further her knowledge, in 2012 she obtained her certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping). Bec’s certified qualifications and years of experience in Real Estate, BEYOND estate agents is well equipped in the knowledge needed to best manage your property. Bec is passionate about professionally advertising all her properties. She realises that the first step in providing the best management for your property is finding the right tenant. While other property managers out there may find ‘any’ tenant by their poor advertising, they certainly do not necessarily find the ‘best’ tenant. While striving for 100% satisfaction for all of her clients, she offers 7 days a week service, making sure that her clients can contact her whenever they need to. She also has a self-imposed limit of 80 properties. This ensures that her standard of customer service is always achievable. Jade brings her own personal knowledge and experience to Beyond Estate Agents having started work in the industry in 2004. She began in an administration position in sales for a busy office before moving to a personal assistant role. In that time she has built a loyal reputation among clients and colleagues and takes pride in providing clients with the best customer service experience possible. Having lived on the Gold Coast her whole life, Jade has vast knowledge of all areas here from North to South and we are thrilled to have her part of our team.
