Amazing Agent for Buyer or Seller!
In the last couple of years I have had dealings with over a dozen prospective and engaged agents for selling and buying residential properties. Most of the agents wanted my business without giving convincing reasons for doing so. The information they showed in their glossy brochures was unreliable to make an informed decision about their services let alone a fair market value for the property for sale. The feedback after weekly inspections from one agent was either non-existent or inadequate . As a buyer forwarding offers to Bianca her conduct was a breath of fresh air. Bianca always replied promptly to any questions or concerns and was transparent with all her replies. During the whole process of buying a particular property I was particularly impressed with Bianca's prompt communication and transparency and honesty that I had not experienced with the other agents. She was given a difficult task of presenting the vacant land in a falling market that has strict building regulations as a viable option against established houses.
