SIMPLY AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL,

Bianca is a thorough professional. From the initial enquiry right the way through to 10% exchange. I had only viewed the property once on the 13th March 2023. I could see the value right away. Met with my Bank on the 15th March, got approval 16th March, so I knew my limit. Then my world came crashing down around me. I was involved in a major almost fatal car crash which literally destroyed my car and put me in ICU for the best part of 4 weeks, including 2 major operations. I was bedbound for most of the time but managed to communicate with Bianca, my Solicitors and Loans Officer. It was ironic that Bianca had been involved in a car accident the week before but fortunately for her she came out unscathed, we sort of had something in common. Bianca went above and beyond the realm of her duties as an Agent. Sure Bianca kept me posted on how other offers etc were going. Bianca made the effort to come down to see me in hospital to sign all documents, Bianca even wanted to buy me toiletries etc, etc. etc, my wife was overseas at the time. For all you cynics out there like my Step Son who think she was doing it for the sale you would be totally wrong and not even close. It can't be easy been an Agent you have to keep two parties happy at the same time, Bianca has to focus on her Vendors while working with the Purchasers like me. She performs her job beautifully. Bianca's husband Neil is the Property Manager together they are a formidable team. There were two occasions that Neil had to make the trip down to my ICU unit in Nepean Hospital. I was doing negotiations and signing papers between operations. If you want a truly Professional Agent, who has been in the mountains (Wentworth Falls)t for many years and who genuinely cares for both her Vendors and Purchasers alike then you would have to put Bianca Brown Realty at the top of your list when arranging a market appraisal. Bianca went above and beyond because she genuinely cares I have made a Life Long Friend out of all this.
