Con has been amazing throughout the process.From giving opinion on what renovations and improvements provided best value to explaining his fee structure to advising on value and asking price he has been spot on.Everything he predicted has panned out the way he said it would.In a market with a lot of external factors to consider and the patchy market because of Christmas and interest rate uncertainty I have no doubt Con fully tested the market and created a sale at the correct price.
