Kept working as hard as he could in most difficult market

In what is currently a frankly dire market where buyers hid and when they did show up evaporated just as quickly, he just kept working & working & working at it. He chased down every lead, answered every enquiry & made himself available to anybody who wanted an inspection at any time. And when a sale fell through, he kept trying until a sale was successful.
