Having lived his whole life in Daylesford, Tom grew up watching his parents and grandparents work hard to grow their family business. Tom started his career in customer service and then management roles within the tourism and hospitality industry which provided him with a strong foundation to move into a career in real estate; helping to assist people with property because it's important to him that vendors and purchasers feel at ease when making some of life's most important decisions. Mark was originally employed as a Real Estate Agent in Ballarat in the eighties and has returned to the industry after a long absence in 2017. Previously working as a Sales Agent, Mark is relishing the role to develop business for Harcourts Ballarat. Mark only left the industry the first time to follow his passion to become a professional Singer, Actor and Director, achieving great success spanning a nine-year period. In this time, he met his wife Christine and together they are proud parents to a blended family of 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Mark has also spent more than 20 years in Senior Management positions with companies at both National and International level. He helped establish the International Brand of Leaf Electronics which was so successful that it was sold to the Giant USA Automation Company Control 4. Mark and Christine happily returned to Ballarat in 2011 to enjoy being closer to family and appreciating Ballarat as a fabulous city to live. Born and raised in Ballarat, Mark has a passion for sport, playing up to six sports in a calendar year as a boy. He played Soccer and Table Tennis to representative level. Today Mark is a Coterie member of the Richmond Football Club and follows Formula 1 and Western United in the A League. He loves English Sports Cars and enjoys driving his 1965 Austin Healey Sprite in the better weather. He is a member of The Day Breakers Car Club and is usually found at the Monthly Cars and Coffee events at Sovereign Hill. Mark is enthusiastic and gets excited to personally engage with people to help them understand the complexities of all aspects of Real Estate. Mark also enjoys his role as an Auctioneer for the company. An honest gentleman

Gee, what can I say about Andy? Well firstly, he didn't promise me the world like the other agents I spoke to. He was honest about our home and what the markets were like. He sold it when there wasn't much movement and worked to get a price I was happy with. Andy had a great knowledge of how the markets were playing and a great sense of humour which I liked. Can't recommend him highly enough. A lovely gentleman. Thanks Andy.

A refreshing and truly positive experience

After having an awful experience with my initially assigned local agency whom are under investigation by consumer affair currently for multiple property owner issues, myself i lost pivitol time and a reduced market value as a result. Biggin Scott have an exemplary record so i contracted them to better manage the sale of my property. Andy Tunbridge was my assigned agent, I cannot fault the holistic dedication shown from start to my recent sale of my hobby farm. Communication was key and regular, statistical reports were thorough and provided regularly, all communication was very fluent and completely honest, no BS. Andy was compassionate to my situation the entire time. If your selling, it can be a very foreign, unsettling and stressful time if your agent isnt 100% professional but I found Andy to be excellent. The marketing campaign was phenomenal and broadly exposed to a wider market which was fantastic. Although my property sold for less than expected this I feel was directly related to my initial agency's poor overall management only not Biggin Scott. Highly recommend agency and agent.

Magic Mark!

I knew we were in the right hands from the word go... Mark knew the area and was able to give us a solid idea of what to expect. Mark was at all times available to talk us through any queries and showed patients and understanding. Within 2 weeks we had a Contract of Sale!

Great result!

Andy is a super friendly helpful guy whom we bought our house through initially. We liked him so much that we then sold our house through him. During a super tough market he managed to sell it! So very happy and would recommend him!
