Purchase of our new Home

We found Fran to be very capable at her career,very knowledgeable, helpful, very pleasant, you got the feeling that Fran really likes her job and was sincere when she spoke to you. Fran always called back when she said she would and when there were dramas at settlement rang concerned for all parties involved. I would recommend Fran for the buying or selling house experience. Francesca is a wonderful agent!

We wanted to sell our house and had never sold property before. I contacted Francesca after a flyer was dropped in my letterbox saying that Biggin and Scott could give me an idea of what we could do to increase the value and market appeal of our home. I am so glad I did! From the first meeting we always felt that Fran was working in our best interests and once we had acted on some of her suggestions the asking price of our house went up considerably. I did take the opportunity of getting valuations from other agents before we decided on Biggin and Scott and no other agent could offer me as complete a package of expected value of the home, marketing and communication as Francesca could. Others offered a lower marketing and commission fee but for a much lower expected selling price and a condescending attitude too. We were happy all the way through with the people that Fran arranged to help sell our home, the photographer Narelle did a wonderful job, Belinda the copywriter was great and Lyn in the office all worked hard to help show our home to its best advantage. Fran was always enthusiastic about selling our home and kept us informed at every stage, she was also always willing to answer any of our questions at any time. We went interstate while the house was open for inspection and Fran was in close contact with us and achieved a great sale price for us within 5 days of the house going on the market. We could not be happier with the service we received and would recommend Biggin and Scott and especially Francesca Nicol to anyone looking to sell their property.
